Zoomtak Electronics offers high speed, precision assembly of printed circuit boards. We can contract to provide a full range of PCB Assembly through Surface Mount technology, Plated Through Hole, Box Build Solution and Lead Free PCB Assemblies.

We need following files for PCB assembly orders:
1. BOM (Bill of Material) in Microsoft Excel format. The BOM should include at least (1) Reference designators such as C5, R2; (2) Quantities; (3) Manufacture part numbers; (4) Foot prints (package shapes; (5) Values.
2. Gerber files
3. Pick & Place file if automated machine placement is required.
4. Silkscreen file with markings on polarity and pin-1 positions.
